1.Personal Identifiable Information

Personal Identifiable Information(PII) means any data which could directly or indirectly identify you -  such as your name, contact number, email address and IP address, device information or phone book contact, financial and payment information, authentication information, SMS and call related data, microphone and camera sensor data, sensitive device or usage data but doesn’t limited to this.

Generally Lyrical Video Saver Lab do not any Personal Identifiable Information (PII) from you when you download our Android application. To be specific, Our does not require the consumers to get registered before downloading and to use the application. Furthermore we do not keep track of the consumers' visits and spent time on our application.  Lyrical Video Saver Lab  even don't has a server to store such Personal Identifiable Information (PII).

In any situation or circumstances we may use or access your Personal Identifiable Information (PII) is that when you optionally and personally decide to give us your feedback and application bug report. The Personal Identifiable Information (PII) we may get from users in that situation are strictly limited to your name, email address and your survey response only.

In above situation we at  Lyrical Video Saver Lab  guarantee that all your Personal Identifiable Information (PII) will be only used for improving our services and make batter user experience. We never use your Personal Identifiable Information (PII) for commercial or any other purpose such as marketing our products or disclose your Personal Identifiable Information (PII) to any third party for commercial gain.

The information stored on your device is erased when the application is uninstalled.

It should be noted that it is a completely voluntary initiative upon users to give or send your feedback and application bug or crash report. 2.Non personal information

Non personal information means installed application’s name and package name, Installed data, frequency of use, country, equipment and channel but not limited to this.

At  Lyrical Video Saver Lab we don’t collect any non-personal information from users. Furthermore we do not use any third party service like Google analytics or crashlytics or firebase to know any information about our services’ performance or users

THIRD PARTY SITES              

In general, the Applications, the Services and the Site access third party information   (such as your Facebook, Google Play Services, Twitter, Instagram account information) through application interfaces. We may provide links to third-party

Web sites such as Facebook as a service to   our Users.

The Site may also carry advertisements from other companies. When you click on links of third parties in an Application, the Services or the Site, you will be directed to that site and you may leave the Application, the Services or the Site. Some of these third party sites may be co-branded with our          name/logo or our affiliated entity's name/logo, even though they are not   operated or maintained by us. This Policy does not address and we are not responsible for the privacy practices of Web sites operated by third parties whether they are linked to or accessible from an Application, the Services or  the Site.

CHILDREN POLICY

These Services or applications do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our sources. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.

ADVERTISING POLICY

Lyrical Video Saver Lab  allows other companies or ad networks to display and/or serve advertisements     within mobile applications for our android applications. These ad networks or other companies may use technologies to send advertisements directly in mobile applications and third party links that appear on mobile apps. They automatically receive your IP address information when this happens.  They may also use other technologies like cookies or javascript to measure effectiveness of advertisements and personalize the content you see.  Lyrical Video Saver Lab  use below ad networks for advertising in mobile applications.

Permissions required  on your device  to use Lyrical Video Saver Lab :

1. Camera Access : To use our app’s Video and Slideshow Making feature we required camera access for capture photos and videos. (We don’t save or upload your videos and photos anywhere except your device.)

2.Internet Access and WIFI : Our Application provides you instant video making themes. For this we required Internet access and WIFI to download themes from our server.

3.Storage and Gallery Permission : We required your storage access for upload photos into video themes for creating videos and save your created videos and slideshow for sharing and show to others..

COOKIES POLICY

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the website that you visit and stored on your device’s internal memory.
